Bayılıyorum bu
kurabiyelere, her yıl bu zamanlar birkaç
kez yapıyorum. Tarifi taa 2011 yılında yine burada sizlerle paylaşmıştım, eğer
siz de yapmak isterseniz buraya bakabilirsiniz. Ben her yaptığımda bu tarifi
açıyorum ve aynen uyguluyorum, her defasında da şaşırıyorum tam da istediğim
gibi olduğuna. Yemek yapma konusunda çok tecrübeli değilim arada inanılmaz
fiyaskolarım oluyor ama bu kurabiyelerde şimdiye kadar hiçbir terslik
yaşamadım. Aman nazar değmesin…
Yapımı kolay, 15
dakika da pişiyor yani son dakika hediyesi için idealler. Koy basit bir kutuya,
kurdelayla süsle, at çantaya…
Şu teneke kutu şu
anda iş yerindeki masamda duruyor, kokusu buram buram burnumda. Ben çay almaya
gidiyorum…
I love holiday baking
and baking for gift-giving. It's the best time of the year. It's cold outside
but the kitchen is warm because the oven is in use a lot!! And the aroma of
cookies fills the air all the time. What's not to like?
I baked a lot of
ginger cookies in last Sunday and now I have so many images of them: ) If I
find enough time I want to share them with you.
Most of us have
favorite cookie recipes that we like to bake at holiday time and I use this
recipe which I've shared here in 2011... It is absolutely perfect! It never
disappointed me...
I think you should
add it to the baking list for this weekend...
